Fenghua City held the signing ceremony of the framework agreement of the PPP project

In the afternoon of July 5th, the the signing ceremony of the framework agreement of the PPP project was held between our side--Zhonggang Construction Group Co., Ltd and Fenghua Municipal People’s Government.
During the panel discussion which was held before the singing ceremony, municipal executive vice mayor Chen Hongwei gave detailed instruction about local customs and practices in Fenghua, the development status as well as the development planning, with the hope of making further efforts to strength cooperation in order to accelerate the project construction.
The attendees from Fenghua Municipal People’s Government include: executive vice mayor Chen Hongwei,Jiang Hongping, deputy director of the Finance Bureau, director of Finance Bureau Bao Feihai, office administrator of the PPP project Chen Lijun, and other main leaders. And the attendees from Zhonggang Construction Group Co., Ltd include: the company president Cheng Biao, the president of the Forth Engineering Bureau He Jun, and so on.
